Exercise Physiology rebates available

Medicare, NDIS, SIRA Workers' Compensation

ESSA accredited

Paul Cremen is an ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist so you may be eligible for a Medicare rebate if your GP gives you an Allied Health referral form. There is a gap payment.  Email this prior to your appointment. If you are in a health fund, you can check your eligibility for Exercise Physiology.  Paul is also registered as a provider with SIRA Workers' Compensation and supports people with plan managed and self managed funding under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Paul Cremen Exercise Physiologist

Paul has both a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology and Bachelor of Arts from the University of NSW. During his studies Paul completed placements at Ryde Hospital Cardiac Rehab, Prince of Wales Mental Health Unit and Spinal Cord Injuries Australia. He was the first Exercise Physiologist to have been accepted for practicum with the St Vincent's Hospital Pain Clinic where under supervision he worked as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering individual and group exercise sessions. 

Paul has worked in health and fitness for over twenty-five years. His clinical interest is in chronic disease, disability, workplace injury and exercise. He takes a  biopsychosocial approach to his work. Paul is naturally caring and his exercise programs are a blend of both art and science.

Telehealth appointments are now available for people for greater convenience or due to illness/disabilitiy, reduced travel time and expense and especially for those in rural and remote areas. Telehealth bookings are time set in NSW Australia.​

Mobile appointments where possible are available in Sydney and the Blue Moutains. We will endeavour to provide Exercise Physiology services at your home or preferred location.
